Application of velveteen fabric
Velveteen fabrics are mainly used for interior decoration to outsourcing parts such as walls or cylinders and cushions of furniture. In recent years, it is mainly used for the decoration of high-end cars. The real high-end cars do not use leather for decoration, but use velveteen.
Textile method
The warp and weft of the golden velvet are made of untwisted raw silk, with plain weave as the ground, and the suede is shiny rayon. The warp is consolidated in a “W” shape and floats on the surface of the fabric with a certain floating length. The resulting velvet resembles ordinary warp-surface satin fabric. Cut the warp floats on the surface of the fabric with a velvet knife, so that each velvet warp is intermittently lying, and then undergo scouring, dyeing, and velvet brushing to form a product. The density and height of the golden velvet hair depend on the denier, density, floating length of the warp warp and the arrangement ratio of warp warp and ground warp.
